Leslie holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and a master's degree from Syracuse University.  She joined New England Financial in 2005 after 15 years in the field of health care.

Leslie earned the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation in 2005 and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2006.  She is a member of the Syracuse Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees of the Crouse Hospital Foundation in Syracuse and on the Board of Trustees of the East Branch Friends of the Arts in Keene Valley.

Leslie resides in Cazenovia and in Keene Valley with her husband Larry.
