Larry graduated from Middlebury College in 1970 and joined New England Financial right out of college. His long career has been dedicated to meeting the needs of his clients. As the Assistant Managing Partner and then Managing Partner of New England Financial's upstate agency, he has provided advanced underwriting support for the agency's 65 associates.
His professional credentials include the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations. He is also a Registered Representative of New England Securities Corp. (member FINRA/SIPC). He is a past President of the CNY Society of Financial Service Professionals and the CNY General Agents and Managers Association. He is also a member of the Syracuse Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Larry has many years of experience and expertise in business succession, retirement and estate planning.
His community involvement includes 12 years of service on the Cazenovia Central School District's Board of Education. In addition, Larry is the past President of the Board of Directors of the Onondaga-Madison School Boards Association and served as a director of the Central New York School Boards Association. He also served on the investment advisory committees of the New York State School Boards Association and The United Way of Central New York. In 2006, he received the Krentel Award for Distinguished Service from the Onondaga-Madison School Boards Association.
Larry is a lifelong resident of Upstate New York. He and his wife Leslie reside in Cazenovia and Keene Valley. They have three grown daughters.
