Jeffrey graduated from State University College at Buffalo in 1988 and entered the financial services business with New England Financial and The Young Agency, Inc. in Syracuse, NY.  His career as a financial advisor has been dedicated to the growth and success of his clients as well as personal development and learning.

His professional credentials include the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations, awarded by The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.  He is also a Registered Representative of New England Securities Corp. (member FINRA/SIPC).  He is a past President of the CNY Society of Financial Service Professionals.  Jeffrey has many years of experience in business and personal life insurance and estate planning.

Jeffrey is a lifelong resident of Upstate New York.  He and his wife and three daughters reside in Tully, NY and Lake Placid, NY.
